I create nutritious foods that are made more flavorful by using ingredients that are the best quality available at the time; organic and local wherever possible. The jellies and jams are made with much less sugar and more fruit. All of my products are made in small batches in my home kitchen using tight quality control (I’m picky). After 28 years of working in a stressful career I know how hard it is to get a nutritious meal on the table quickly. I try to help people achieve home-made quality meals in a short amount of time.
