Turnip Greens

This is a low fat recipe that is wonderful!

Serves: 4 servings


Ingredients
2 Tblsp. Olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 Lbs Greens
1 whole white onion

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Add oil, chopped garlic cloves and onion to large pot and saute over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Wash greens and cut away from the stems.
  3. Add greens to pot and cover with water. Simmer for about 1 hour or until desired tenderness.
